Many of you know Paul Ferry from the community. He started working at his family business at the age of 15 that was originally started by his father Louis Ferry with his uncle Walter Ferry. Ferry Concrete Construction Co was Incorporated in 1957. For the past 35+ years it has better been known as Ferry Hydraulics Inc. where he could be found at any given time or day helping out many local businesses with urgent needs.
He also through the years has enjoyed many hobbies including traveling and golfing with his beloved wife Katherine , which he loved to do most often the past few years of his retirement. He was very proud of his hole in one. He played softball for many years for the Lancaster Elks Lodge 1478 as well as other leagues, and he enjoyed the speedways and fast cars, including his prized 1969 Ford Mustang.
People who knew Paul best know he most enjoyed his time spent with his closest friends that were like brothers, extended family and especially his children and his many grandkids! David III, Taylor , Emily , & Dylan Czarniak ; Michaela, Brooke, Riley & Brayden Senay, & Brittany (Andrew) Krzanak, Lilianne and Grant Ferry and Brett & Michael Chodkowski ; He loved being silly and making them all laugh and smile!
We his family have so many wonderful memories out at Rushford lake boating, fishing and spending quality time together listening to stories and jokes. And growing up we had amazing camping trips alongside our brother Jason who is now enjoying his time with dad. Please share your best memories of dad with us!
Thank You,
Renee, Rachel and Gregory
