Obituary of Thomas J. Eicheldinger

Thomas “Tom” J. Eicheldinger, a cherished soul known for his creative spirit and compassionate heart, passed away on May 29, 2024. Born on August 1, 1981, beloved son of Lucille M. Barone of Cheektowaga, NY, and Kenneth J. Eicheldinger of Alden, NY, devoted brother of Robin Frey, Steven Eicheldinger, and Esther Eicheldinger. Loving partner to David Orlowski. Tom was a graduate of Clarence High School and also earned his Associate’s Degree from ITT Technical Institute in Computer-Aided Drafting Technology (CAD). Later in life, Tom would find that his true calling was helping others. He worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Brothers of Mercy in Clarence, NY. He was loved by all the residents, and tended to them as if they were his own family. Referred to as a “rockstar” by his supervisors, Tom never complained about working different shifts and always wanted to help where needed. Tom was also close friends with his co-workers, often referring to them as his work family.
