I knew and admired Andy for over five decades at the Corps.
He was a truly marvelous human being who did incredible acts of kindness often without the knowledge of the beneficiaries.
An honored and awarded soldier, accomplished Engineer and truly decent person Andy leaves a sizable gap in the District Retirees.
I´m thankful I shared time with him and his wisdom.
