Obituary of Karen L. (nee Kohlbacher) Colf

Karen L. Colf (nee Kohlbacher) entered into rest March 28 2022. She is survived by her children Samantha (Jeffrey Sutliffe), Chase, Dakota (Jay Buchhardt), Connor and Daniel. Loving grandmother to Averie, Talon, Riker, and Briar Sutliffe and Paxton Buchhardt. She is also survived by her parents Jerry and Carolyn (nee Ely) Kohlbacher, brother Brian (Georgene) Kohlbacher and sister Melissa (Timothy Kesselring). Karen grew up to raise her five children in her hometown of West Valley, NY where she was very active within the school from the athletic department to the classroom. Karen could always be counted on to be her friends and family's biggest cheerleader, whether they needed some encouragement or someone to celebrate their wins with them. She took the greatest joy in connecting and building relationships with everyone she met and carried this love for people into her career with United Healthcare out of Buffalo. Karen played a lot of roles to a lot of people but her favorite, by far, was as Gramma to her five grandbabies.
