Mr. Kaczor was a Retired Desk Lieutenant with the Buffalo Police Department, a Marine Corps WW II and Korean War veteran, a retired Army Reservist, Past Commander of the Elma Raddamaker VFW Post #5861, 28 year member of the 3rd Order Lay Fraternity of St. Dominic, a Rosary Maker with Our Lady Help of Christians Rosary Apostolate, and a member of the St. Leo’s Young at Heart.
