Walter's Family and Friends: God saw Walter had gotten tired and a cure was not to be, so He put His arms around him and whispered in his ear, "Come to Me". With broken hearts and a tearful eye, we watched Walter pass away. Although we loved him dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God took you on your Last Patrol and broke our hearts to prove to us....He only takes the BEST!
The Officers and Members of the International Police Association, Region1 extend our heartfelt Sympathy to all of you in this Time of Sorrow as we light this candle to guide Walter on his way and remind us to keep a piece of him always in our hearts. May God bless you and give you His Mercy, Peace and Strength. Rest in Peace Brother Walter!
