I went to elementary school with Edie and she always had such a wonderful energy and laugh. I saw her 6 years ago at my father's wake and she was her usual happy, sparkling self. I am so sorry for your loss. She was such a special, bright person who lit up a room. She will be greatly missed.

We were friends when u enter arlington junior high school. U were in 7th grade. I take care of u from bullies and others. U were my friend. All those years. Ms Edie was my ASL teacher when I was 16 st mid Hudson interpretive services. She is such a sweet lady. She taught me so much much in our 10 week course. I still think of her often. Very sad to hear of her passing. Condolences to her family.

Mrs. Hotchkiss and Family,
I remember Edie from our old neighborhood; I lived on Oak Bend Road, and Evie was just a couple of years younger than me. Later in life, she was instrumental in teaching me ASL, as I was learning to become an Educational Interpreter. Evie was just a lovely person, and I am forever grateful for having known her. I'm truly sorry for your loss, and I hope, in time, your memories will bring you comfort. I know she will be greatly missed, and I'm thinking of you all during this difficult time.
