I'm saddened to hear the passing of Brian. He was such good hearted person. I remember him beaming as he showed me the engagement ring for Mary. Our paths crossed at times since and Brain was always upbeat and optimistic with life. Condolences to his family and may loving memories carry you through this difficult time.

I knew Brian back in the days when he was my Diabetic Research patient at Millard Fillmore Gates Circle. This goes way back when he lived in Kenmore. I remember when he met Mary. I was so happy for him. We lost touch through the years. He was a great guy and a great friend to me. Rest in peace Brian. I will miss you

I am deeply saddened to learn of Brian's passing. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family. I had the pleasure of working with Brian at Erie County Data Processing, and it was an honor to know him. May God grant him eternal peace and provide comfort to his family during this difficult time.

For those who knew Brian in the later years, you know that he wanted to be fiercely independent. He fought cancer and diabetes and all of the repercussions from those diseases beyond what anyone should endure. I told him earlier this year, after 3 hospital stays within as many weeks for pneumonia, that I admired his persistence and strength as I would have given up long ago. His 3 beagles were his reason for getting up every morning and walking them 4+ times a day. He wasn't ready to go but his body had other plans. Rest well Brian. We will handle things from here.

Brian was our neighbor. We would see him walking his dogs at least a few times a day. My children grew up petting the dogs and talking to Brian every time he passed by our house, over the last 10 years.
I know Brian was struggling with illness so I'm glad he is not in pain anymore. I can only hope he has been reunited with Mary and full of smiles now.
Rest in peace, Brian
Our condolences to his family and dear friends.

Brian was a fixture in our neighborhood: routinely walking his dogs and raising his hand to wave. He and Mary were always kind to our children, cheerfully buying school fund-raiser items, lemonade, Girl Scout cookies. He trusted our son to walk his beloved dogs, which gave our son a good boost of confidence. Our condolences to the family. Brian will be missed.
