John P. Rogacki of Clarence, NY, passed away on April 15, 2026. He was born on February 17,

1962, in Buffalo, NY, to the late Betty Lou Rogacki and the late Leon Rogacki.

John was a 1980 graduate of Lancaster High School and went on to continue his education at

Ohio State University. He built a successful career as an Operations Manager for Total Xpress in

Columbus, Ohio.

A passionate sports fan, John proudly rooted for the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Buffalo Bills and

the Buffalo Bandits. Still, nothing compared to his enthusiasm for hockey — his unwavering

support for the Buffalo Sabres was a true reflection of his love for the game. He found his

greatest happiness in attending his favorite games alongside his family.

John was the beloved brother of Therese (Walter) Zakowski, Colleen DeJac, Lori (Ron)

McNamara, and Nicole (Justin) Ryan. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews,

aunts, uncles, and cousins who will keep his memories in their heart.

Family and friends are invited to a Visitation celebrating John’s life at the Cichon-Borgosz

Funeral Home Inc., 4929 Broadway, Depew, NY, on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 3–6 PM. A

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 10 AM at St. John the

Baptist Church, 2021 Sandridge Road, Alden, NY. Kindly assemble directly at the church.
