Douglas M. Dyke, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on November 11, 2025. Doug found his greatest joy in the outdoors—whether hunting, fishing, or simply spending time surrounded by nature. Affectionately nicknamed “Lumberjack,” he was known for his rugged spirit, big heart, and love of life’s simple pleasures.

Above all, Doug cherished his role as “Papa.” He took immense pride in his grandchildren, and the time he spent with them brought him his greatest happiness.

Doug is survived by his mother, Dorothy Dyke; his sons, Bradley Dyke and Brett Dyke; and his stepson, David (Jeanne) Lomas. He was a devoted Papa to Bella, Owen, April, and Henry, who will forever remember his laughter, stories, and love. He is also survived by his two sisters, Dawn Miller and Denise Lewandowski, and many beloved nieces and nephews, all of whom will deeply miss him.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Visitation in the Cichon-Borgosz Funeral Home Inc. 4929 Broadway, Depew on Monday November 17, 2025 from 4-7 PM. where a Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 10 AM. Rev. Galen M. Pupura Jr., officiating.
