Beloved wife of Kenneth Rackley Sr.; Devoted mother of Kenneth (Debbie) Rackley Jr., Crystal (Randolph) Weiss;  Loving grandmother of Troy Rackley, Brooke (Robert) Root, Brandon Rackley, Gabrielle Weiss; Cherished great grandmother of Baylee Root; Dear sister of Marilyn (Bruce Jankowski) Cambier and Melvin (Dorothy) Scheer; Also survived by nieces and nephews. 

Visitation in the Cichon- Borgosz Funeral Home Inc.,4929 Broadway, Depew, NY  Thursday 4-7 M. Relatives and friends are invited.

Lucy was beloved by her family and friends. Ever supportive and generous, Lucy always made time to talk with her family and share advice. Her calm presence and gentle wit will be missed. We will remember her many talents and hobbies including crocheting, reading and writing poems. She loved trivia, cross word puzzles and problem solving.
