Of Lancaster, Beloved husband of the late Joyce (nee Hammer) Butlak; Devoted father of Timothy (Maria) Butlak, Thomas Butlak, Peggy (John) Schappert and Susan (Donald) Congdon; Loving grandfather of Amanda (William) Smith, Brandi Burgdorf, Nicholas (Jason) Ferguson, Jacquelynn Norris, Cassandra (Daniel) Mook, Jacob Norris, Thomas Butlak, Hannah Schappert, Charity (Erik) Weaver, Jason Gwynne and great grandchildren; Dear brother of Patricia (late Dennis) Bialkowski and Robert (Christine Nieman) (late Kathy) Butlak; Also survived by nieces and nephews.
