Wally was a dear sweet man. I was his attorney for a time on some legal matters which arose years ago. Despite his disability he was sharp as a tack when it came time to investigate and testify about his case. We literally worked hand in hand at arriving at a successful conclusion to his case. I met with him on several occasions, and afterwards we stayed in touch through phone calls and texts. I considered him a friend and will miss him. May he rest in peace.
