Beloved wife of the late Clarence; Devoted mother of David (Carol), Gary (Randy), Anne (Henry Jr.) Polanowski and late Kenneth; Loving grandmother of Jennifer (Dale) Ranney, Kenneth (Laura), Kerry (Andy), Jessica (Michael) Shattuck, Chad (Brandy), Joelle Polanowski, Steven Polanowski and twelve great grandchildren. Predeceased by sisters and brothers Survived by nieces and nephews. Visitation in the Cichon-Borgosz Funeral Home Inc., 4929 Broadway, Depew Monday 3-7 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Philip the Apostle Church 950 Losson Road, Cheektowaga Tuesday at 10 AM. Please assemble at Church. Mrs. Burkhardt was a member of Lancaster Senior Citizens. Flowers gratefully declined.
